STORY MODE:

Prologue:

(Shows the book in one page a drawing of Yuka running with her Kunais, followed by her name below, and then in the other page, a series of texts will show up with the following prologue here.)
The Kunoichi are known as the female equivalents of the Ninja. Unlike her male counterparts, the Kunoichhi are trained in the less tangible aspects of warfare: psychology, intuition, and manipulation.

But there's only one girl who's not unlike others, Yuka Kazama. As the younger sister of Haruto, she works under the tutelage of Nobunaga Oda, the famous Daimyo of Owari Province. Since she was a child, she mastered the art of Ninjutsu thanks to the teachings of her father.

Her master ordered her to watch over his own protegeé, Mitsuhide Akechi, as she feels he's not to be trusted. Yuka will make sure her mission will be a success, otherwise, her country of Japan will enter to a decadent reign if her mission fails.

Stage 4 Interlude - VS. Haruto Kazama

Pre-Fight Cutscene:

(Scene takes place in Sengoku Warfare. Haruto just defeated a few troops of the Mitsunari Clan.)
Haruto: "That's enough!"
(Yuka enters to scene via DBZ-styled teleport in front of Haruto.)
Haruto: "You arrived just in time, Yuka-chan!"
Yuka: "Haruto-niisan, I got a report about Mitsuhide's suspicious activities."
Haruto: "Well enough... but Nobunaga-dono is in negotiations."
Yuka: "Urgh! Why our boss is busy?"
Haruto: "And what are going to do while we await?"
Yuka: "How about...--" *grabs her Kunais* "--this!"
Haruto: "A duel? To gain time?"
Yuka: "You got the idea, nii-san!"
Haruto: "Fair enough... let's do this!"
(Both are now in their fighting stances.)

After Match Cutscene:

(Haruto gets up easily.)
Haruto: "Not bad, nee-chan!"
Yuka: "I'm your equal, remember?"
(Yuka looks around and sees Nobunaga in his horse.)
Haruto: "Nobunaga-dono has just arrived in time."
(Nobunaga unmounts and then lands to scene.)
Nobunaga: "Guys, I have bad news."
Yuka: "What's it?"
Nobunaga: "It happened... the Deathopians are returning."
Yuka: "That's horrible!"
Haruto: "And what about the report about Mitsuhide?"
Yuka: "Oh, yeah! Here it is, Nobunaga-dono!"
(Yuka sends the report to Nobunaga for him to read it.)
Nobunaga: "Just as imagined... that fool is trying to backstab me." *to Yuka* "I got a new mission... go to the Deathopian castle and eradicate the source of its troubles."
Yuka: "Hai!"
Nobunaga: "I'm heading to Honnouji with your brother to stop Mitsuhide as fast as possible. Wish us good luck!"
(Nobunaga mounts on his horse and leaves the scene while Haruto teleports with a puff-a-smoke, leaving him as well. The camera focuses on Yuka standing.)
Yuka: "I must stop the evil that is lurking in this world."

Fated Battle - VS. Lena Shapolova

Pre-Fight Cutscene:

(Scene takes place outside of Deathstructor's Castle, where we see dark brown mountains, a couple of bones and dark gray clouds that cover the entire sky, followed by lightning coming from said clouds.)
Yuka: "This place is so creepy, if anyone asks me."
(Just when Yuka almost steps the bridge, she starts to cough when green fog appears out of sudden.)
????: "This is not a place for a girl like you."
(The green fog starts to dissipate as Lena shows up in front of Yuka, who just turns around.)
Yuka: "Who in Kami-sama's name dares to interrupt my mission?"
Lena: "This issue about Deathopia is not of your business."
Yuka: "Let me guess, are you working with Deathstructor?"
Lena: "Of course not!"
(Yuka challenges Lena and goes to her fighting stance.)
Yuka: "Then who's your true purpose to fight?"
Lena: "To show the superiority of the Cossacks, naïve girl."
(Lena accepts her challenge and goes to her fighting stance.)

After Match Cutscene:

(Lena kneels down as Yuka jumps after her triumph.)
Lena: "I don't usually accept defeats... but I'm impressed at your skills."
Yuka: *feels ill for the radiation effects* "I'm not feeling well."
(Lena gets up and grabs an antidote pill for Yuka to pick and consume it. We see how Yuka is recovering easily from the radiation effects.)
Lena: "With this antidote pill, you can recover from the effects of the radiation."
Yuka: "But, why you wield that strange axe? It's dangerous for you?"
Lena: "That axe was forged with a rare mineral whose effects activate only in combat. Also, my Spirit Link with Grizzadiator gained immunity to the radiation."
Yuka: "I see... I thought that Cossacks are ruthless in nature."
(Lena puts her hands on Yuka's shoulder for a while.)
Lena: "You have an unimaginable potential, girl. Evil must be eradicated."
Yuka: "Arigato, but I must go. Salute your ruler from my part."
(Yuka runs towards Deathstructor's castle.)

Sub-Boss Cutscene:

(We cut to Deathstructor's lair as we hear his laugh as he sees Yuka through a crystal ball.)
Deathstructor: "So you have decided to fight me... However, this isn't going to happen soon."
(Deathstructor's skeletal right hand glows to the crystal ball. We cut to the castle with Yuka walking towards, as a black energy teleports her to a platform in a cave with lava surrounding it.)
Yuka: "Wait a minute... that's not Deathstructor's castle."
(We hear an animal growl for a while. Then, an hybrid creature starts to land the ground with a huge shockwave.)
Mantigore: "Nobody's going to step Deathopia, mortal!"
Yuka: "Hey! Don't interrupt my quest, creature!"
Mantigore: "You think you can stop my master, foolish girl?"
Yuka: "He's not your master! He's using you!"
(Mantigore screams in front of Yuka. The latter is now in her combat stance afterwards.)
Mantigore: "Naïve to the end... but I'm not letting you pass!"
Yuka: "I must maintain my optimism, so prepare!"

Final Boss Cutscene:

(Mantigore gets up easily.)
Mantigore: "I admit it... you are talented for a Kunoichi."
Yuka: "Arigato, ancient one."
Mantigore: "My time here is over... go to his throne room as I'm going to rest myself peacefully at my homeland."
(Mantigore's eyes start to close as his ethereal body starts to disappear in front of her.)
Yuka: "Hope you have a well deserved rest with Kami-sama."
(We cut to Deathstructor's lair, as he gets angry for Mantigore's vanishing, seeing through a crystal ball.)
Deathstructor: "That was enough when a mere Kunoichi defeated Mantigore... but if she wish, she will have a personal audience with the death incarnate!"
(Deathstructor's skeletal right hand glows to the crystal ball.  We cut back to the cave as Yuka is feeling a strange sensation.)
Yuka: "Well... time to kick his skeletal oshi (Translation: butt) now!"
(Dark energies causes Yuka to be teleported to Deathstructor's throne room, a place located in the top of the castle, decorated in dark fantasy architecture. Deathstructor is seen sitting in his black throne.)
Deathstructor: "The younger of the Kazama siblings... is it?"
Yuka: "Yes, I am, skeletal lord!"
Deathstructor: "Very well, I'm presenting to you, the future harbinger of Apocalypse, Deathstructor."
Yuka: "Under orders of Nobunaga-dono, your reign of evil will be finished!"
Deathstructor: "Have you wonder why are you wearing that outfit?"
Yuka: "Why the question, undead ruler? I'm not like the other Kunoichis who are more sultrier."
Deathstructor: "Kunoichis like you are nothing but hookers who can catch a STD with anyone. Bet that even you're sleeping with your own brother."
Yuka: "Me? Sleeping with Haruto? You are insane! There's no way I do those things with my nii-san! That's incest!"
Deathstructor: "Anyways, your service as Nobunaga's lapdog will fail... as you're focusing on fighting with me instead of watching over Mitsuhide's deceptive plan."
Yuka: "I will take care of him later!"
(Deathstructor unearths his scythe, Black Cleaver, out of the ground and grabs it as he starts to walk outside of his throne to the square one in front of Yuka.)
Deathstructor: "Naïve girl, I'm warning you that you shouldn't involve in my undead invasion."
Yuka: "Nobunaga will be fine, and I'll assure that. You on the other hand, will be history!"
Deathstructor: "You think you value your own life over that of your master? Guess you're wrong!"
(Yuka is now assuming in her combat stance.)

Ending cutscene:

(Deathstructor is defeated, however he gets up easily.)
Deathstructor: "I'll never accept such a shame for that naïvety of yours!"
Yuka: "I'm plucky, not naïve, evildoer."
Deathstructor: "But your luck will be over!"
(Deathstructor runs towards Yuka and attempts to attack her, but is countered by her Kunais, impaling the skeletal ruler in the chest for five seconds and then pulls off. Deathstructor starts to feel that his ironic death is starting now.)
Deathstructor: "No way! I may be eradicated... but evil still exists in this world!"
Yuka: "I must stop Mitsuhide's betrayal as soon as possible."
(Yuka leaves the castle as the components of it are starting to fall while energy waves are starting to surround Deathstructor.)
Deathstructor: "Yuruzan ne, Kazama Yuka!"
(The waves cause Deathstructor to explode into bones. We cut to Yuka leaving the castle and summons Kitsunehana and mounts on her back as the Deathopian castle is falling into pieces. We cut later to Honnouji as Yuka arrives to the cliff via DBZ-styled teleport, watching the castle in flames.)
Yuka: "Nobunaga-dono and nii-san are in danger! I must hurry up!"
(We cut to the inside of the castle as Nobunaga and Mitsuhide are dueling to each other for twenty seconds with their katanas before the latter severely injures the former in the legs.)
Mitsuhide (voiced by Dave Wittenberg): "Hah! I thought you are the strongest of the generals... but I am wrong all along, you're a fraud."
Nobunaga: "Mitsuhide... I raised you like a son to me... why you betrayed me?"
Mitsuhide: "Pathetic old timer, I never needed your services in first place. All of the accomplishments done in the war are done by myself and nothing more!"
Nobunaga: "You are doing this on purpose so Japan will never be unified?"
Mitsuhide: "Japan needs a better unifier... and that will be Hideyoshi Toyotomi!"
Nobunaga: "Kisama!" (Translation: "You scum!")
Mitsuhide: "Too late... you will die here!"
(Mitsuhide impales Nobunaga in the chest with his katana slowly, injuring him. Yuka arrives late to the scene only for her to see the tragic moment.)
Yuka: "Why you have done to Nobunaga-dono?"
Mitsuhide: "Do you realize that you have arrived late, girl?"
Yuka: "So you finally showed your true colors, but I don't hold back!"
Mitsuhide: "Then, bring it on, Yuka!"
(Yuka starts to fight against Mitsuhide for twenty seconds in a correographed fight, complete with a clash of Kunais-to-Katana. Then, we see how Haruto arrives when he launches a shuriken to separate the clash.)
Yuka: "Nii-san! I though you got killed!"
Haruto: "That's nothing... I just got knocked out unconsciously during the attack."
Yuka: "Glad you're fine, Haruto-san!"
Mitsuhide: "How pretty... the siblings are teaming up!"
(Both Yuka and Haruto summon their Animal Spirits to strike against Mitsuhide, but he attacks them with ease.)
Mitsuhide: "I changed my mind! See you soon, idiots!" *laughs maniatically*
Yuka: "Wait! We never finished with this!"
(Mitsuhide leaves the scene with shadows surrounding him as Yuka gets enraged.)
Yuka: "He escaped! Yarou!" *goes to the injured Nobunaga* "Daijobu desu ka (Translation: Are you fine), Nobunaga-dono?"
Nobunaga: "No... my time has come... I'm going to... a better life soon... please stop... Mitsuhide's terror... for me."
(Nobunaga closes his eyes, confirming his death while Yuka cries of sadness.)
Yuka: "Nobunaga-donoooooo!"
(We cut to a graveyard with Nobunaga's tomb as both Yuka and Haruto are saying goodbye to their master.)
Yuka: "We failed our mission, Nobunaga-dono."
Haruto: "Don't worry, we did our best."
(We see Yasuke, the dark skinned Samurai, walking to the graveyard and then talks with the siblings.)
Yasuke (voiced by Don Cheadle): "I'm sorry for his loss, Kazama siblings."
Yuka: "Yasuke-san, did you witnessed the tragedy?"
Yasuke: "Not only that, but Mitsuhide also planned everything in the shadows so Hideyoshi Toyotomi will bring Japan to a dark age."
Haruto: "Just as predicted... fate cannot be changed after all."
Yuka: "If only we have stopped Mitsuhide's true intentions moments ago, that wouldn't happened."
Yasuke: "Guys, don't give up the hope. Nobunaga may be dead, but his legacy will continue with you two!"
Yuka and Haruto: "Arigato."
Yasuke: "I'll be watching you two... hope Japan will find a more suitable ruler than Hideyoshi."
(Yasuke leaves the scene by walking as both Yuka and Haruto smile by listening to his words. We cut to bamboo fields as we see Yuka meditating for ten seconds with her eyes wide shut.)
Yuka (v/o): "Mitsuhide Akechi... wherever you are, I will avenge master Nobunaga's death. I will make sure you will not get away with the betrayal!"
(Yuka opens her eyes and unsheathes her kunais to strike a straw dummy of Mitsuhide. We see how cherry blossom petals start to appear after the dummy gets cut in pieces. The screen transitions with said petals covering entirely before it turns black.)

(Avril Lavigne's "Keep Holding On" starts playing as the credits which background is accompanied of a papyrus with ink-stained reflections of the Animal Spirits while the credits are rolling.)
Let's introduce the third DLC character of BeastKnights: Yuka Kazama. As the sister of Haruto, she started with a duty to watch over Mitsuhide's intentions before she travels to the Deathopian castle to save the world... but when she returned, it ends up too late because, Reality Ensues. She's inspired by Ibuki from the Street Fighter series with some shades of Yuri Sakazaki from the Art of Fighting and The King of Fighters series (especially with her brother being like Ryo) and Saya/Ginga Pink from Seijuu Sentai Gingaman. If you're into Kunoichi, then don't let Yuka distract you... seriously.

Notes:
  • Yuka's Animal Spirit is Kitsunehana, a female fox clad in pink with the same skills as her owner.
  • Usually, Kunoichi are scantily clad, but I did a more appropriate design with Yuka to distinguish her from the others.
  • Her stage has her master Nobunaga watching the fight, all while mounted in his horse.
  • The historical figures featured in her ending are Mitsuhide Akechi, Nobunaga's protégée who betrayed his own master and Yasuke, the dark skinned samurai from Mozambique who served Nobunaga. By the way, the Yasuke featured here is not the same from G-Dai Warrior by genius-spirit, which takes place in an alternate timeline.
  • The English voice actress I picked for her is Devon Aoki, a Japanese-American actress whose known roles are Suki in 2 Fast, 2 Furious, Dominique in D.E.B.S and Kasumi in that one live-action movie of Dead or Alive based on the videogames of the same name. Similarly, the Japanese voice actress I picked is Yuria Haga, who portrayed Mari Sonoda in Kamen Rider 555 (Faiz) and Mio Suzuki/Fangire Queen II in Kamen Rider Kiva. As for the Latin American Spanish one, I picked a Startalent: Daniela Luján.
  • Fun Fact: Yuka likes to eat frequently. Among her favorite dishes are Miso soup, Teriyaki with rice, Takoyaki and her favorite of all, Ramen soup. She's even considering eating dishes from around the world.
Character made with HeroMachine 3.
